I’ve lost my UPark Plus card. What should I do?

You can cancel your card and request a replacement in your UPark Plus account.

Log into your account and select Modify Account.

Choose the card you have lost and update your choice to replace in the options.

Please note, a fee of $5.00 will be charged for the cost of your replacement card.

Your lost card will be cancelled and your replacement card will be mailed to you.

A QR code identifier will also be issued so you can continue to park while you wait for your new card.

QR codes are ready to use immediately.
