I lost my UPark Accessibility Pass card
- Login to your UPark Plus account
- Click Modify Account at the top of the screen
- Click Next
- Click Next Step
- Select your card and click Request Replacement and follow the process to request a replacement
- Click Confirm
Once we have processed your new UPark Accessibility Pass card, you will receive an email confirming your new card. You will then receive your UPark Accessibility Pass within two weeks in the post.
