Whether you are at a UPark car park or parking on the streets of Adelaide CBD and North Adelaide, you can manage your parking effortlessly and conveniently with the UPark App.
UPark App Features
Book
Book is the prebook function for gated UParks. You can guarantee yourself a car space at 7 UParks; Topham, Wyatt, Rundle, Pirie-Flinders, Frome, Grote and Gawler.
Park
Once you have parked your car, you can purchase an electronic ticket from your smart phone instead of using a ticket machine. Park is available on-street and at open-air UPark locations.
QuickPark
QuickPark allows you to repeat a “Book” or “Park” session that you have done in the past. This can be done with as little as 3 clicks as it uses the saved data from your previous sessions.
Pay
Pay allows you to pay for parking at gated UPark locations using the UPark App.
Search
Search allows you to search an area, specific carpark or on-street location. Search shows all paid on-street and off-street parking locations that fall under the UPark banner.
Manage
Manage allows you to manage your active parks and future pre bookings. You can edit pre booking and extend park sessions.
Installing the UPark App
To use the UPark App, first install it on your Apple or Android device.
Installing the app on your phone is easy and will allow you to access all of its features.

Book parking with the UPark App
Prebook parking for peace of mind.
Select a carpark or enter an address if you want to find nearby UPark locations
Set your entry and exit date and time
Add any promotional codes you may have
Click the 'Get quote' button
Choose your offer and add any reminders you want
Enter any missing personal details and your credit card details and select done to finalise your booking.
Use the Park function
Park lets you pay for your park using your smart phone.
Choose Park on the UPark App or scan the QR code on the ticket machine
Select the amount of time you want to park for
Enter your vehicle’s registration number
Enter your payment details, confirm and pay
Pay using the App
You can use the UPark App to pay for parking at gated UPark locations, once you have taken a ticket at entry.
Guests or new users can pay using the App in a few simple steps.
Scan the QR sign in the car park
Enter your licence plate or scan the barcode on your ticket
Enter your payment details
Use the printed ticket to exit the car park.
Signed in users can select Pay on the App.
Use the Search function
The UPark App Search option makes it easy to find a carpark on or off-street.
Enter your address or use your mobile device location to search
Select an on-street location (red icon) and click 'Park' at this location, or UPark (blue icon) and click 'Book' this car park to continue
