Free parking 52 times a year

A UPark Accessibility Pass lets you park for up to two hours, free of charge, at any of our UPark locations 52 times over a year. 

Stays longer than two hours will be charged at reduced rates, starting at the standard hourly car park price. 

To be eligible for a UPark Plus Accessibility Pass you must:

  • Be a South Australian resident
  • Have current valid Australian Disability Parking Permit
  • Have a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express)
  • Have or create a UPark Plus account

A UPark Plus Accessibility Pass provides you with the first two hours free for 52 trips each 12 months.

Standard UPark Plus prices will apply after the first two hours, starting from the first hour fee and progressing to the capped rate.

Using a UPark Plus Accessibility Pass

When you enter the carpark tap your UPark Plus Accessibility Pass on the blue UPark Plus scanner at the bottom of the machine.

Apply for a UPark Plus Accessibility Pass

Existing UPark Plus members

If you have one UPark Plus card you can add an Accessibility Pass by email a copy of your current Australian Disability Parking Permit and your address to [email protected]

UPark Plus members with more than one card will need to create a new UPark Plus account with a different email address.

New UPark Plus members

  1. Create a UPark Plus account to apply for an Accessibility Pass
  2. Tick the Australian Disability Parking Permit box in the personal details section
  3. Enter the permit details and attach a scanned copy or photo of you Australian Disability Parking Permit
  4. Continue to the payment details section and enter your credit card and add the promo code ACCESS.

 

Your application will be processed as a standard UPark Plus account if you do not enter the promo code.

You will get an email once we have processed your application and should receive your pass within two weeks of this time.

Renew your UPark Accessibility Pass

  1. Login to your UPark Plus account
  2. Click Modify Account at the top of the screen
  3. Click on Personal Details
  4. Click the X to delete the image of your expired Australian Disability Parking Permit
  5. Click Upload to add an image of your new disability permit
  6. Check all other details are current including valid credit card details

To renew your pass, you must have a valid credit card attached to your account.

Once we have processed your renewal, you will receive an email confirming your updated account.

Get a replacement pass

  1.  Login to your UPark Plus account
  2. Click Modify Account at the top of the screen
  3. Click Next
  4. Click Next Step
  5. Select your card and click Request Replacement and follow the process to request a
  6. replacement
  7. Click Confirm

Once we have processed your new UPark Accessibility Pass card, you will receive an email confirming your new card. You will then receive your UPark Accessibility Pass within two weeks in the post.
