When you park on-street where fees are payable you must buy a ticket using the ticket vending machine or the UPark App.

Parking where fees are payable

  1. You must buy your ticket from the parking ticket-vending machine or via the UPark App.
  2. Your ticket is valid until the expiry time shown on the ticket and for:
  • the length of road or area covered by the machine (when purchased via the machine); or
  • he length of road or area marked on the ticket (when purchasing via the UPark App).

Electronic Parking Ticket-Vending Machine

  1. Follow the prompts on the display of the machine to purchase your electronic parking ticket. You are required to enter your vehicle’s registration number to purchase a ticket.
  2. Your ticket is electronic and will not be printed. The details of your ticket are stored on the machine. You can view and access the details of your ticket by following the prompts on the display of the machine.
  3. You can elect to view or receive copy of your electronic ticket on your mobile device.
  4. The machine accepts payment by Visa and Mastercard.

UPark App

  1. Scan the QR code located on the ticket-vending machine or signage, or visit customer.upark.com.au to access the UPark App.
  2. The UPark App requires you to enter details regarding your vehicle’s registration number and may require you to enter the location ID.
  3. Follow the prompts in the UPark App to purchase your electronic ticket.
  4. Payments may be made by Visa, Mastercard, or AMEX.
  5. You must retain your ticket on your mobile device as proof of payment.
