Accessible Parking for People with Disability

The UPark Accessibility Pass gives you greater access to enjoy the City of Adelaide by giving you two hours parking FREE – up to 52 times a year, at all of our UPark car parks.

With cheaper parking, you'll have more time to spend catching up with friends, shopping and running errands in the city.

Apply, renew, add or replace a UPark Accessibility Pass

Select an option for more information.

1. To qualify for a UPark Accessibility Pass you must:

  • Be a South Australian resident
  • Have a current and valid Australian Disability Parking Permit
  • Have a credit or debit card (Visa/Mastercard/American Express card)
  • Create a UPark Plus account (if you're an existing UPark Plus Customer, please follow these steps.

2. To apply:

Click the UPark Plus link below, scroll down and click ‘Create Account’ to sign-up. 

Complete the online process to apply for a UPark Accessibility Pass:

In the Personal Details section:

  • Tick the box to indicate you have a Australian Disability Parking Permit.
  • Enter the permit details; and
  • Attach a scanned copy / photo of your Australian Disability Parking Permit.

In the Payment Details section:

  • Enter your credit card details; and
  • Enter the Promo Code: ACCESS
  • Failure to enter the ACCESS promo code will result in your application being processed as a standard UPark Plus account.

Apply for a UPark Accessibility Pass

Once we have processed your application, you will receive a system generated email advising you of the progress of your account. You should receive your pass within two weeks of your card being processed.

1. Login to your UPark Plus account or create a new UPark Plus account (scroll down to 'Create Account')

2. Click Modify Account at the top of the screen

3. Click on Personal Details

4. Click the X to delete the image of your expired Australian Disability Parking Permit

5. Click Upload to add an image of your new disability permit

6. Check all other details are current including valid credit card details

To renew your pass, you must have a valid credit card attached to your account.

Once we have processed your renewal, you will receive an email confirming your updated account.

I only have one UPark Plus card:

1. Simply email a copy of your current Australian Disability Parking Permit and current address to [email protected]

2. The UPark Accessibility Pass will then be added to your current UPark Plus account.

I have more than one UPark Plus card:

1. The UPark Accessibility Pass is only available for one card.

2. Please apply for a new UPark Plus account (scroll down to 'Create Account') with a different email address.

1. Login to your UPark Plus account

2. Click Modify Account at the top of the screen

3. Click 'Lost or stolen card' and follow the process to request a replacement.

Once we have processed your new UPark Accessibility Pass card, you will receive an email confirming your new card. You will then receive your UPark Accessibility Pass within two weeks in the post.
